Delete your account
For the Pickleball Central TT app and website.
You can delete your account at any time. The quickest way is in the app: open More → Your account → Delete my account. It takes effect immediately.
If you can no longer sign in — for example you've lost access to your email — use the form below and we'll do it for you.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your login — you will no longer be able to sign in
- Your profile and any linked player records at the venue
What is kept, and why
- Records of past bookings and payments are retained for the venue's accounting obligations — but with your personal details removed, so they no longer identify you.
- These anonymised records are kept for up to 7 years, in line with standard business record-keeping requirements.
Requests made through the form are actioned within 30 days.
