Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information the Pickleball Central TT app and website collect, why, and how you can get it deleted. It applies to the mobile app and to the booking website.
The venue, Pickleball Central TT, decides how your information is used. Agera Imports Limited (trading as Axe Technologies) provides and operates the booking platform on the venue's behalf.
Information you give us
- Your name — so venue staff know who has booked a court and who is on a session roster.
- Your email address — used to sign you in and to send booking confirmations.
- Your phone number — so the venue can reach you about a booking. It is also how the venue matches you to bookings made in person or over the phone.
We do not ask for your date of birth, home address, or payment card details.
Information created as you use the app
- Your bookings and sessions — which court, when, who you played with, and whether you attended.
- Payment records — the amount owed and collected. Payment is taken in person at the venue. We do not process card payments in the app and never see your card details.
- Crash and performance data — if something breaks, we receive a technical report through Sentry so we can fix it. It is configured not to include personal information.
- Push notifications — if you allow them, your device registers a token so we can send booking reminders. You can turn them off in your device settings at any time.
Signing in
You can sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with your Google account. If you use Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We never receive your Google password.
Who processes your data
- Supabase — hosts the database and handles sign-in.
- Vercel — hosts the application.
- Sentry — receives crash and performance reports.
- Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.
These companies act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. The app contains no advertising and no advertising trackers.
These providers operate servers outside Trinidad and Tobago, so your information may be stored and processed abroad.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from More → Your account → Delete my account in the app. If you can no longer sign in, use the account deletion page and we will do it for you within 30 days.
When you delete your account:
- Your name, email address and phone number are erased.
- Your login is closed and cannot be used again.
- Your profile and linked player records are erased.
Records of past bookings and payments are kept, because the venue needs them for its accounts. Your personal details are stripped out of those records first, so they no longer identify you. These anonymised records are kept for up to 7 years, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Younger players are welcome at the venue, but a parent or guardian should make the booking under their own account. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Security
Your information is encrypted in transit. Access to the database is restricted, and venue staff can only see players at their own venue.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
